Welding book writting

Drafting of WPS tailored to the project’s needs.
Preparation, review, and approval of welding procedure documentation, in compliance with company qualifications and contractual requirements.

Monitoring of PQR and WQT

Technical selection of welding processes according to project requirements and available equipment.
Supervision and implementation of Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and Welder Qualification Tests (WQT) through accredited bodies.
Coordination with experienced welders selected by LOGIC to ensure a high level of expertise.
Drafting and reviewing technical welding procedures in accordance with client requirements.

Welding organisztion

Management and verification of the weld/pipe book to ensure complete traceability.
Creation of self-inspection records and technical reports (welding parameters, gouging, visual inspection, etc.).
Monitoring, renewal, and follow-up of welder qualifications.
Inspection and monitoring of welding equipment during production.

Welding production quality control

Analysis and verification of compliance with client requirements: codes, standards, specifications, and validated procedures.
Monitoring of welding parameters in line with WPS implementation.
Organization of welding teams according to production needs and available skills/qualifications.
Management of welding consumables supply and verification of 3.1 material certificates.

NDT management

Coordination of NDT in line with daily production schedules.
Verification of NDT reports by qualified personnel.
Independent reassessments in case of dispute, performed by experienced inspectors.
Supervision of various NDT methods, including: Visual Testing (VT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
